Experience

Providing interim support and consultancy to clients for change management, communication and people engagement programmes. Support includes:

  • Change management planning and implementation for transformation programmes including change impact and readiness assessments
  • Creation and implementation of communications strategy and plans
  • Communication/Engagement measurement, audits and analysis
  • Stakeholder mapping, management and coaching
  • Counsel for cross-cultural change projects
  • Project and risk management 
  • Delivery of communication collateral for digital and social channels, video, print, face to face and virtual (including Roadshows and Town Halls) and supporting materials 
  • Change and communications training
  • Campaign and event management

Education

Education and Qualifications

  • Accredited Change Manager (PPF/Deloitte programme based on Prosci Change Management Methodology) 
  • Six Sigma Green Belt

University of Warwick

Post Graduate Certificate in International Technology Management (Engineering)
