· As a Production Manager, I am fully responsible for ensuring that whole manufacturing processes runs reliably and efficiently during my shift, ensuring that health and safety regulations are met, the plans is delivered at best efficiencies with no compromises to quality through the strict management of my team.

· Overseeing production processes, organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, liaising, communicating with other department professionals.

· Supervising the work of junior staff, organising relevant training sessions, interviewing, appraising, recruiting new staff, motivating, developing my team regarding achieve KPI’s targets and the best service level, when needed, issuing a warning letter, organising stages of disciplinary, hearing etc., and taking the right actions.
