I am Mini George and at present, I am with Al Noor Healthcare group Dubai as their Group HR & Training Manager.

Prior to this, I was with the Gems Education Dubai for almost 10 years where I was holding the post of HR Manager & PA to Principal from December 2007 till March 2017. 

I started my career with the Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria in 1995, and my last held position when I left Hyatt in 2005 was Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources Department. I decided to move on, when I got the opportunity to head the Human Resources Department of Chelsea Group and to be a part of their pre-opening team.

I am very well aware of the labor law, visa processing, licensing, audits and inspections from the Government and other legal entities. 

At present I am looking for suitable opportunities to relocate to the UK

Healthcare sector.
● Providing organizational & operational support to the Managing Director.
● Liaising with all Branch Managers and GM in the smooth functioning of all the
Clinics.
● To ensure that the daily operations are in adherence with the policies and
Government regulations.
● Monitor all PRO related work on staff visas, labor contracts, licenses and DHA
related manners.
● Reward and recognize staff performance through monthly staff gatherings.
● Recruit Doctors, Nurses and staff, conduct staff induction, trainings, meetings,
disciplinary procedures, appraisals, exit interview.

The Cambridge International School Dubai has approximately 2600 students and follows the National Curriculum of England.
● Supporting and liaising closely with the Senior Leadership Team, SLT], Middle
Management (MMT), Administration Department, Accounts and Faculty.
● Assist Principal in setting out clear expectations to all staff. Communicate
School Policies, Plans and Procedures to all new Faculty and Staff members.
● Responsible for all HR related functions from Hiring, Arranging Induction,
Housing, Annual leave, Air tickets, Disciplinary procedures, Final settlement,
Exit interview etc.

The Chelsea Group includes the Chelsea Tower luxury furnished apartments located in Sheikh Zayed Road, the Chelsea Hotel, a four star property located in Bur Dubai and the Chelsea Al Barsha, a four star property located in Barsha.
 Part of its pre-opening and post opening activities in recruitment process.
 Responsible for all HR Related functions of the group.
