What motivates at work to do a great job rather than the payslip?

I want to work with a diverse multicultural team. This is my great motivation, transferring knowledge among them. 

Creating a more friendly environment for activating the people to add more ideas and make sure that those ideas are streaming the final results faster and more valuable.

Solving the issues and getting the positive risk always ahead, to assure that any problem faced should have a corresponding opportunity with it.   

How to handle the situation with someone who has conflict with my idea?

in this case I usually consider that some other dimensions were not considered in my evaluation for the situation, in such that time I try to find out the other's point of view from other people involved in the case, and when I realize the conflict with that person, I start sending messages to let them understand my confusion about their ideas, and now I got his point, then I arranged for brainstorming with that person to plan for the best solution by illuminating weak ideas and strengthening the main way to achieve the best results
