Prior to SNS B-SPINE, he served as Assistant Professor at B- School at Coimbatore over 6+ years and was a Centre Head of a private hospital having administrative skills for over 4 years and Marketing skills for over 6 years in Pharmaceutical Industry. He is a diplomatic person expertise in Lean Management, Training & Development, Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, Counselling and Mentoring. As a team lead, headed department of Logistics & Supply Chain Management and closely associated in Entrepreneurship Development, Career Development Training, Outbound Training and Motivational Program. Certified Trainer in Entrepreneurship Development by EDII, Ahmedabad in NEN-Program. Conducted workshops on idea generation for more than 35+ institutions. As an Academician expertise in Logistics & Supply Chain Management certified with Green Belt in Six Sigma and conducted workshops in "Implementation of Lean Methodology". Expertise in Lead generation using Digital Marketing tools. He started a Start-Up named "LEHECA TECHNOLOGIES" in the year 2020. He published around 9 papers in National and International Conferences, around 5 publications in National and International Journals and published a text book on “Business Research Methodology”. Currently working on narrating a book named "Prime of Calibre" focused on Lean Healthcare Methodology. As a consultant, engaged in various industry consulting projects on Quality Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, Quality Function Deployment and Failure Mode Effect Analysis. He is undertaking business consultancy projects under Lean Six Sigma methodology.
