To begin with, I have nearly 20 years of experience managingexceptionally high-volume restaurants and bars with teams of up to 190employees. Very experienced in new site opening and operations, having opened three, multimillion pound sites in previous roles. During this time, I have been able to develop and implement strategies that have consistently increased sales by an average of 20% every 6 months. This was achieved by focusing on key areas such as inventory management, cost control, and staff training.

 

In one of my previous roles, I was able to streamline ordering and scheduling processes, which resulted in a 10% reduction in food and labour costs, while maintaining high-quality standards. Furthermore, I utilised my leadership skills to train and motivate team members to exceed customer expectations, leading to a 95% customer satisfaction rating within a year.

 

I have a proven track record of success in the industry, from new site openings to improving and correcting struggling sites. My proven ability to manage restaurant budgets and achieve financial targets, cost control, and revenue management were instrumental in revenue growth and profitability in each role I have taken on.
