I'm an enthusiastic worker who wants to live my dream to work in London, I am not afraid to do whatever it takes to achieve the end goal. Skills

Teamwork - I have been a member of many teams both socially and through work. During my work at Fossil I work with and support the team to deliver an outstanding American service and achieve set targets, I work with multiple teams and oversee a diverse international team while being transparent  and ensuring the team work  with an one team ethos while being trusted and inspiring.

Communication - During my education and work history I communicated with a vast array of different teams, customers and suppliers. Speaking English, Spanish and Italian fluently has been a great advantage and I have developed my email and telephone skills in order to be clear and conrise in all my communication  to avoid any misunderstandings.

Reliability/ Motivation - While working as a chef I was often asked to work long and sometimes very late hours at very short notice. In retail. I regularly worked longer days to meet sales targets but I kept
myself motivated to ensure that the team and guests have the correct support, tools and advise tbey require and to be the teams role model to the team.

Flexibilicy - While working the pass as a chef my role was to provide support to various teams members and the waiters. I had to be flexible to accommodate customers needs, manage their
expectations and balance priorities as I had to deal with multiple requests at once.

Leadership - I have lead my own team though chellenges and incredible successes. My responsibilities include; motivating and advising the sales team how to improve their results, analysing
data from year on gear figures and setting realistic goals through effective planning and I have the ability to empathise and understand different view points and unite one team to share the same vision to achieve the businesses mission. Moreover, costumer service is a main influence of the job role; training
new staff that through great service you will receive great rewards, make friends and build rapport with the customers. Sales through service and service from the heart are two influential factors of building trust.
 

Problem Solving - In retail I had to face many difficult  challenges, I took initiative in tackling problems within my day to day role and also contributted to resolving larger reporting issues within the team. Within my current position problems occur everyday, I ensure that every problem no matter how big or small is resolved with a resolution. When I work in any place I enjoy the problem solving and
helping people because it builds trust and improved the end result.

I have been given the opportunity to oversee operations and look after my own team, overachieving sales and
service targets throughout and gained a vast amount of knowledge of how to sell and tackle issues while
motivating the team with incentives. Balancing accounts for end of day, week and month is also one my
responsibility. The company operates only in English even though the store is based in Venice.

This luxury sport brand gave me the opportunity to improve my customer service skills and further my
knowledge of one to sales and up-selling products. I also had the chance to manage the customer loyalty system
as well as issuing invoices, unloading stock and gained experience in warehouse management. During my time
here I over achieved my sales targets and have always understood the importance of being an efficient seller and
advisor as well as gaining knowledge on products.

Funky Gallo Restaurant 2013-2016 Executive Chef, Jesolo-Venice
I worked as a chef for many years then got promoted to open a new restaurant in Bergamo-Italy and took the
responsibility to oversea the opening of a new restaurant included; managing a team, designing menus,
organising wedding and large functions, day to day operations and waning new staff members. I have a great
relationship with the owner.

University of technology Andres Eloy Blanco 2010-2013

Ergonomics and security in the work place; studying different organisations for the risk prevention of international labor organisations, I studied international responsibility for the permanent improvement of working conditions through agreements that are taken at it is annual conferences and the directives emanating from them. Studied; managing service innovation, occupational health and safety is aimed at applying measures and developing the necessary activities for the prevention of occupational hazards.

In the last year I was given a practical work placement. Therefore, I was able to put into practice all he theory of the subjects studied, with the task of thealising the risk in a company as well as training the workers to carry out their work correctly and safety.
