With a background in electrical electronics engineering and a solid foundation in Product Management, I bring over seven years of extensive experience in the tech industry. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded the development of a diverse range of products spanning eCommerce, Fintech, SaaS platforms, APIs, and mobile applications. My expertise lies in orchestrating end-to-end product lifecycles, adeptly utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies to deliver exceptional results.

In my current role, I hold the position of Senior Product Owner, where I lead a team of product owners and oversee the management of five scrum teams. As a multifaceted professional, I fulfill various roles including that of a Scrum Master and Quality Assurance Specialist. In the realm of quality assurance, I've developed robust workflows that have ensured a flawless track record of zero bugs in live environments. Moreover, I meticulously coordinate scrum ceremonies to ensure the timely delivery of business and product objectives, with our release cycles operating on a streamlined two-week cadence.

As a Product Owner, I am entrusted with the critical task of shaping product strategies, nurturing growth, and meticulously planning roadmaps. My responsibilities extend to fostering meaningful connections with customers and stakeholders, conducting in-depth market research, and executing comprehensive comparative analyses. I am deeply committed to ensuring the success of our products and strive to foster satisfaction among all stakeholders, both internally and externally. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product designers, engineers, sales, marketing, and customer success managers.

Beyond the confines of the office, I am passionate about engaging with the product community, attending industry events, and mentoring aspiring Product Owners. I also find joy in leisure activities such as watching movies and exploring new destinations.
