Houstoun House Hotel – Uphall - 09/2023 - 01/2024 • Part of an 18-week course learning several skills related to • Customer Service and communication within a Hospitality and hotel setting. • As part of a team I organising rooms for functions, parties and events, setting up table for dining in the hotel. • Assisted with back of house activities; cleaning up dinging areas, function rooms and after care service. • Provided food and Beveridge service to customers attending functions, events, parties and general dining in the hotel for up to 60 guests.
