In my previous role, my primary responsibility was to provide outstanding customer service to clients, assisting them in finding the perfect fashion and apparel items. I will demonstrate my in-depth knowledge of fabrics, styles, and current fashion trends to offer informed guidance. Furthermore, my focus will be on creating a positive shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing any customer issues that may arise. In my part-time role as a Sales Associate at Padini Holdings Berhad (July 2012 - December 2014), I delivered exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting fashion items, maintaining product knowledge, and utilizing effective sales techniques. I ensured a tidy sales floor, meeting sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries professionally. As a Sales Assistant at 7-Eleven (Berjaya Group) (April 2010 - June 2010), I provided efficient customer service, maintained shelves, and managed transactions. 

I am currently pursuing an MSc. in Sustainability & Business from the University of Leeds, UK, after graduating with first-class honors in BBA. (Hons) International Business from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 2014.
