I joined Al Fatah Shopping centres as a Procurer on fifth August, 2023. As a procurer, my work obligations incorporated the picking, pressing and dispatching of the expected items in a client's web-based request. In the span of a month, because of my own capacities and potential, I was advanced as the Boss, with 12 Procurers and 5 riders working straightforwardly under me. after 2 months, one more advancement was finished and I was advanced as Client care Delegate and moved to the Administrative centre of Al Fatah where I needed to guarantee the consumer loyalty and resolve the client questions and objections for on the web and in-store purchases both. The progress I made within this organisation proves my skill and knowledge of Marketing and Customer relations.

I had my O levels (5A*s and 4As) and then my A Levels (4A's). Currently I am doing my Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences.
