I am  confident and enthusiastic individual who take initiative, with great communication skills and customer service.

My time mentoring children has allowed me to enhance my communication skills and taught me the value of patience and kindness when dealing with others, skills I will bring to the workplace. To add on, mentoring whilst also completing my studies has shaped me into an organised and flexible individual who does not back down from a challenge and takes initiative whenever asked of me. In completing my GCSEs and A levels I have become a logical and rational individual as when I always came upon obstacles during my studies I always came up with level headed solutions all which allows me to successfully end my studies. However, while being logical I am also am an empathetic individual- where I always take my time to contribute to charitable organisations and donate my money and time- considering my work in hosting podcasts all alongside my studies. My time working in the Co-op (work experience) and Primark has exposed me to a fast paced environment and to be accommodating and welcoming to customers, whilst completing and prioritising tasks with dedication and a positive attitude which I plan to bring to the workplace, if given the opportunity. Through my patient and enthusiastic characteristics; I feel that I am able to be easily flexible and adaptable in dealing with such stressful environments and taking a new job role.
