Myra Tariq Khokhar

I am a 1st class Computer Science graduate with industry experience in web development and hands-on project experience in Machine Learning and computer vision. My studies and placement year at Kirklees Council allowed me to apply critical thinking and creativity in solving real-world problems. My technical expertise includes IT Support, SQL Databases, and object-oriented design, making me well-equipped to tackle a variety of IT issues. With a passion for software development and support, I am eager to secure a challenging IT position that offers opportunities for growth and contributing to impactful projects. 

A highly skilled and versatile Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience in web development, machine learning, and IT support. With a strong foundation in object-oriented design, SQL database development, and user interface creation, I have contributed to large-scale projects at Kirklees Council, where I developed dynamic web sections and designed multi-stage transactional forms. Known for delivering 100% client satisfaction, I excel at translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. 

I graduated with a First Class in BSc (Hons) Computer Science from the University of Huddersfield in July 2023. My studies covered key areas such as Object-Oriented Systems Development, Relational Databases, Artificial Intelligence, and Advanced Web Programming, where I achieved top grades in most modules. I was awarded the Design and Enterprise Showcase Challenge for my innovative solution for Elder Studios and received the Best Final Year Project Poster award in Computing and Computer Science.
