The duty entails the healthy administering of patients documents, scheduling appointments, admitting and discharging them as well as for helping them promptly through their inquiries. 

Fulfilling the function of the coordinator, a documentation manager, a dispatcher and the day-to-day course of action including the execution of policies. 

The unusual duty of me is handling a large pool of data and producing KPIs and dashboards which would facilitate performance monitoring. 

Apply organisational skills while managing my operations and use my customer service skills to handle the needs of patients such as queries and complaints.

Currently, as a Clinical Administrator at Bristol Eye Hospital, my primary duties involve managing patient records, booking appointments, covering reception, creating case notes, and ensuring data accuracy. I actively assist patients and their families by addressing queries and providing guidance. My IT skills also come in handy as I troubleshoot technical issues for colleagues and supervisors. I maintain patient data on the Evolve system and work with Excel spreadsheets for additional record-keeping, supporting supervisors with KPIs, dashboards, and audits. I embody NHS trust values, especially by showing an interest in innovation and improving patient care.

In my previous role as an Analyst, I was responsible for providing actionable insights based on complex data. I worked across various business domains, utilizing statistical techniques and technologies such as Azure, SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI to manage data pipelines, optimize storage, and deliver analytics. My reports and presentations helped guide strategic planning and decision-making for stakeholders. My ability to communicate complex insights in simple terms, along with my analytical acumen, was critical to driving operational improvements and business success.

Together, these roles highlight my ability to balance patient-facing/customer service duties with technical and analytical expertise, making me adaptable in both healthcare administration and data analysis.

I hold an MSc in Data Science (from UWE, Bristol, England), which has equipped me with a strong foundation in advanced data analysis, machine learning, and statistical methods. During my studies, I gained expertise in areas such as data mining, predictive analytics, and big data technologies. I developed practical skills in working with various tools and programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms like Power BI and Tableau.

My education emphasized applying statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven decision-making to solve complex problems across different domains. I also worked on real-world projects that involved designing data pipelines, analysing large datasets, and deriving actionable insights for business and operational improvements. This academic background has honed my ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights, laying the groundwork for my career in data science.
