I am very diligent at handling customer enquires and dealing with them empathetically and professionally.I am known for my analytical skills and networking.i thrive in dynamic environments where i can continuously learn, adapt, and improve my skills. I also have experience in maintaining and building rapport with clients.I also have experience in closing and opening sales. i have also worked in customer service for over 5 years now.i wanted to progess my career into a more customer service adviser role that involves more communications and problem -solving customer enquires.

i have graduated from college studying applied science. i plan to study human rescorce management. i beleive working at woven through BEBEE will help me develop my work ethic and experiences.
