As a Retail Advisor at VMO2, a multinational telecommunications company, I gained extensive experience in customer engagement, communication and informed decision making. I regularly support campaigns and promotions, delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and mentor new colleagues, developing strong organisation, leadership, and problem-solving skills, which are transferable to a PR and marketing environment.

I graduated with First-Class Honours in BSc Management with Marketing from Goldsmiths, University of London. During my studies, I gained a strong foundation in strategic marketing, marketing communications, digital and social media, and brand management. I completed projects and campaigns that focused on content creation and brand storytelling, developing practical skills in research, data analysis and campaign planning.
