• Successful delivery of Zscaler /ZIA and ZPA development connectivity across VM02 ensuring each business area can still access the relevant systems behind the firewall after migration is complete.
• Lead BA who successfully ensured that Telefonica are now compliant with Ofcom regulation C5 enabling vulnerable customer’s access to an online form ensuring their calls are automatically routed to the relevant support team increasing efficiency and service timescales. 
• Lead BA who completed the successful rollout of the new premium version of Just Call Me conference calling product and created a new Mobile Voice Recording application for business users.
• Reducing waste by decommissioning of end-of-life applications and improving efficiency upgrading/implementing better database application Forms and Data
