Nakeita Sodhi

I am a 27 year old professional with a First class honours degree in criminology with quantitative methods. Over the last four years I have gained extensive experience while working in the education sector, where I have developed strong analytical and interpersonal skills. My background in criminology combined with my experience ub education has equipped me with a unique perspective on societal issues and a passion for supporting individuals and communities. 

I am now seeking a new challenge ideally within the criminal justice sector. I am particularly interested in roles that involve data analysis, research, and direct support to those affected by criminal justice. My goal is to contribute a meaningful change and justice through evidence based practice and compassionate service. 

Motivated to achieve outstanding success through prompt communication and high quality interventions leading to consistent results and improvements. Adept at multi-tasking, leading group discussions, building trust and relationships. While seeking solutions to problems, assessing for personalised needs for company/individuals, applying analytical knowledge to findings and implementing/developing strategies to proactively achieve results.
