During my time as a temporary employee at Lush Cosmetics, I honed my customer service skills and learned to adapt to diverse clientele. I utilised my knowledge to meet individual needs and provide tailored services based on customer preferences. Engaging with children and offering interactive demonstrations with bath products was particularly rewarding. lalso gained valuable insights into skincare ingredients and their benefits, enabling me to recommend suitable products for various skin types and desired outcomes. Overall, my experience at Lush taught me the importance of customer immersion and adapting to dynamic workplace environments.

As an employee at Ninja Warrior Southampton, I learned valuable communication skills through interacting with a range of customers. I particularly enjoyed working with children and have consistently provided exceptional customer service, receiving
outstanding feedback and scores of 10/10 when hosting parties and attending to customers' needs.
Further more, my responsibilities as a party host revolved around ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. This included serving food, interacting with parents and family members, and assisting children throughout the event. I provided structure to the party by organising activities and games, ensuring that each section of the park received equal attention. My goal was to create a fun and memorable experience for all attendees whilst maintaining a safe environment.

As a sales associate at TkMaxx, I was challenged daily to perform tasks independently and collaboratively with colleagues, and I quickly and efficiently adapted to the role. As my first official employment, it allowed me to enhance my skills in customer service, organisation, and problem-solving. Every day was an opportunity to interact with different people while striving to meet each customer's needs.
I also became familiar with Till work, queue control, and security procedures. When my seasonal position expired, I was invited back, but was unable to continue my employment at that time.
Nonetheless, being invited back demonstrated that I was considered an asset to the TkMaxx team.
