Things you should know about me....

I'm a brilliant number 2! While most people are climbing over each other to be number 1, I've perfected my skill at being a great number 2 by supporting leadership. I thrive in working behind the scenes as that's where I get most of my work done!

I'm a do-er. If you want something done, come and find me! I love bringing a great idea/vision to life, executing it and then delivering that bad boy in style. If I can't do it, I'll find a way to get it done!

I believe in purpose and good leadership. Character and integrity are important to me, so these are the values I look for in any founder or CEO I work for.

The best leaders work their way out of a job/position, so I try and do this with any team I manage by sharing knowledge. You'll find no gatekeeping with me.

I take pride in my ability to bring people together. I'm able to navigate spaces in a unique way. I believe in connecting with people on a human to human level first with good energy.

I'm fun to work with. I don't have the strength to take myself too seriously.

I like to dance. I get lost in the music. Its my happy space. If there's a party - you will find me on the dance floor.

When I'm not at work, I'm busy loving on my hubby and son. They are my entire world. You can also either find me reading a book or watching a series on Netflix that fit the below criteria:

The series must have at least 2 seasons.

If it has one season it must have more then 6 episodes.

If it has one season and 6 episodes, those episodes need to be like an hour long.

9 times out of ten, the series I'm watching is either in Spanish, french or Korean - and no I don't speak any of these languages (just bits here and there lol!)

My first job was in a PR agency in their finance department. I started off as just a finance administrator and left with the title project accountant. I was there for 10 years before I moved onto worked in an advertising agency still in finance. The thing is I can crunch numbers but didn't enjoy it very much - however I still do love a good spreadsheet!

My career took a turn where I join a founder in a start up business which saw me manage his operations as well as being his EA for 2 years. I managed a number of projects/ events and campaigns as well as handling all his personal affairs, business relationships with a number CEOs and HNWIs up and down the country. And actually this is what I loved the most!

I'm a creative at heart, believe in treating everyone human first and a firm believer in integrity and good character. I also believe that being kind (rare attribute these days!) goes a very long way.

Ok I have a degree in sociology - I love the study of people but this was a long time ago! 

I'm also learning BSL currently.
