PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Airship and Toggle

Customer Success Executive - October 2022 - Present

I started working at Airship and Toggle very soon after the COVID pandemic where I

have become a very important member of the Airship team. Working for a SAAS

company I regular have marketing strategy meetings with marketeers from various

industries including hospitality and sport businesses

• Working daily on the CRM systems and applying specific detailed knowledge

on how customers can utilise their data on a CRM system, a main focus

upon guiding and pushing the customers to use the system to the best it can

be.

• I deal with marketeers and owners under a lot of pressure so keeping calm

and ensuring I am helping the, with effective service and guidance is

incredibly important.

• Helping customers through the detailed onboarding process, diarising call

and giving regular updates to ensure all roadblocks are removed as soon as

they appear.

• Ensuring effective communication is given through a variety of methods

such as phone calls, video calls, emails and the support system.

• Being the front of the business for customers who may be wanting to vent

frustrations and having the ability to turn a negative into a positive is

something I do on the regular.

Molly Malone’s Irish Tavern

General Manager - September 2019 to October 2022

I started as deputy manager of Molly Malone’s in 2019 and quickly proved

myself to be an asset by being promoted to General Manager. The team I

have employed and managed since running the venue have helped me make

the bar the most successful in the area.

My key roles currently involve:

• Managing 38 employees - including payroll admin, writing rotas, handling

disciplinary proceedings, guaranteeing the correct policies and procedures

are followed to ensure the safety of the staff, and handling contractors daily.

• Overseeing the running of the venue which brings in an average of 6000

people per week.

• Completing stock takes, online ordering, weekly P&Ls, safe checks, and

handling large quantities of cash.

• Holding regular meetings with both lower and upper management to

ensure all the staff and customer needs are met to the highest standards, as

well ensuring the success of the business.

CODE Nightclub

Various positions September 2016 - August 2019

During my university studies in Sheffield I began working as general bar staff

behind the cities biggest nightclub. Throughout my three years with the business

I progressed from general bar staff to Bar Supervisor with management

responsibilities which helped me grow in my career.

• Completing stock takes, online orders and safe checks on a regular week.

• Having the responsibility of managing a team ensuring service and the

quality of the products were up to the highest standard.

I have worked four part time jobs across the Sports industry, School system,

Hospitality business and sports coach in a youth club. Can provide information.
