Operations and Development / Commercial Support / Charis / October 2020 – May 2021

My adaptability and willingness to learn meant my role and responsibilities progressed rapidly. I expertly trained and supervised employees within the Administration Team, promoted to a position within the Operations and Development Team and was then selected to progress my development within the Commercial Management Services team. 

• I successfully led a small team of employees in producing an internal report focused on developing new training techniques and streamlining the current training programme within the business.

Sustainable Development Placement Student (Voluntary)
University of Manchester’s Sustainability Team / March 2020 – June 2020

I completed a volunteer placement within the Sustainability Team in which I created published reports, proposed future climate change resilience strategies and identified sustainable development opportunities across the campus. 

• I created an analytical report published for senior members of the University that monitored the progression of sustainable development throughout the campus. 
• Identified potential sites across campus to introduce climate mitigation measures.

Applications Assessor and Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
Rural Payments Agency – Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs / July 2019 – September 2019 

My role within the RPA consisted of in-depth analysis of applications, investigating and calculating the subsidiary benefits that individuals were entitled to. 

• I rapidly became the most proficient member of the small team, this resulted in the manager promoting me to a more executive role aimed at mentoring struggling colleagues as well as providing one-to-one information clinics.  
• Utilised GIS software to identify land parcels.
• I was trusted to produce excel spreadsheets which collated the weekly expenditures, these were subsequently added to national spreadsheets.
