Self-motivated, determined, hardworking individual, who is considerate in working to deadlines with others, Enjoys working within a team environment, and is a good communicator able to converse easily at all levels. Can work alone following instructions or own initiative, and carry out all tasks with minimum supervision, Familiar with general office procedures and the importance of providing quality customer care and able to handle difficult situations in a calm professional manner. l enjoy learning new skills to improve my experiences in order to move on.

My duties were, to firstly to supervise the classes of absent of teachers, register tutor groups and teaching groups, create a purposeful and orderly environment in which students can complete work set by the class teacher, monitor and support the students as they complete work set by the class teacher, establish productive working relationships with students, provide feedback to the class teacher/head of department in regard to the work completed and the general behaviour of the class, promote inclusion within the school,  implement the school's behaviour policy and finally to support individual students; mentoring students. This was a great jo that vastly improved my communication, 

counselling, management and documentation professional skills.
