During my time at Sainsbury's as a Retail Officer and Store Detective, my primary responsibilities were to prevent shoplifting and ensure the safety of customers. This involved continuous monitoring of the store for any suspicious activity and taking measures to deter potential shoplifters. I also ensured a safe environment for customers by identifying and promptly reporting any potential safety hazards.

In addition to these duties, I was responsible for generating daily reports and conducting regular patrols of the store to ensure everything was in order. This included checking inventory levels, ensuring shelves were well-stocked, and monitoring the checkout area to prevent instances of theft.

As part of my role, I had the opportunity to work in both supermarkets and local stores within the Sainsbury's South London network. This allowed me to gain valuable experience in different environments and develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry. My job involves addressing customers engaged in theft and disruptive behavior, resolving these situations. I frequently travel to various locations and collaborate with store detectives from multiple retail companies, refining and implementing my security expertise. During my time with these companies, I have acquired exceptional communication abilities to defuse tense situations effectively. Additionally, I employ my competencies in workplace first aid and fire safety to ensure everyone's well-being. I also meticulously document any incidents that occur by preparing detailed reports.

As the Chief Doorman at a restaurant and nightclub working for Premium Security Services, my primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of both customers and staff.
