Hi there! I'm a HR manager with a passion for the psychology of the selection process and candidate experience. 

With experience working in recruitment firms and as the head of HR in three different companies, I've had the opportunity to hone my skills in identifying top talent and creating a selection process that promotes diversity and inclusivity. Throughout my career, I've developed a deep understanding of the various factors that influence candidate behavior and decision-making, and I leverage this knowledge to create a selection process that is both efficient and effective. I take pride in my ability to build relationships with candidates and make them feel comfortable throughout the selection process. My ultimate goal is to create a positive candidate experience that reflects positively on the employer brand and leads to long-term employee retention.
