Currently VP Product at Notonthehighsteet.com making small business the future, creating a marketplace with UK creative businesses at its heart. Previously Product Director at MOO (moo.com), the award-winning online design, technology, and manufacturing company. Interim CPO at early stage startups Papier and Attest, setting up their product operations and as VP Product at Eurostar I built the product function and strategy that transformed the travel experience of the £1bn international train company.

Naturally curious, I'm always looking to drive innovation, applying design thinking, progressive leadership and coaching to develop new techniques and approaches to build better products, teams and culture.

As part of the exec team I’m driving the transition from marketing led to customer/product led business. Changed organisational design, established new agile working practices to transform speed of delivery, defined clear customer and partner value propositions driven by customer insight to provide clarity of vision and purpose enabling more autonomy and improved delivery across the organisation. 

Marketing, Commercial, Product and Tech are now aligned around a joint business strategy that is being delivered through newly established cross functional OKRs, driving improvements in marketing visibility, product range development, customer service SLAs and partner tooling.

Responsible for strategic direction for all product teams across MOO, including the B2B SaaS platform, MOO’s B2C proposition MOO.com, internal tools and manufacturing interface.

Worked with technical partners to understand technical debt that was hindering short term business growth and then led the teams through a discovery process identifying and prioritising over 400 opportunities to enable the development of company wide growth strategy in partnership with Marketing, Sales & Operational teams in the UK and US.

Established baseline product best practice for product strategy planning, estimation, product performance metrics, OKRs and stakeholder communication to build trust in product function, improving transparency,  collaboration and building trust with key stakeholders across the business.

VP Product/Head of Digital - Eurostar International                

Jul 2013 – Mar 2018

Reported directly into the executive board leading the transformation of Eurostar’s digital customer experience from booking to arrival; across responsive web, iOS/Android apps, in-flight entertainment, Onboard VR, digital ticket machines and digital signage for 10 million customers a year.

Built Product and UX design teams and best practice from scratch, while leading a department covering Product management, SEO, Product strategy, eCommerce, Analytics, Design and UX; defining new ways of working, business prioritisation and stakeholder management to deliver strategic goals.
