Experience

  • Over 10 Years of IT and Security experience working in various industry sectors within the UK.
  • Security Analysis and Incident Management using Splunk, LogRhythm and JIRA, Remedy.
  • Good understanding of cryptography and related concepts and principles (e.g., encryption algorithms, hash functions, PKI, key exchange, certification authorities, digital signatures).
  • Detailed technical knowledge of networks and networking protocols in use (including TCP/IP, Port usage, UDP packets and payload analysis).
  • Good understanding of Information Security industry standards/best practices and relevant regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST, ISO, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), GDPR, Cyber Essentials, CPNI, SANS Security).
