Communicate with customers via various channels such as phone, email, and live chat to understand and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests. 

Provide clear, concise, and empathetic responses, ensuring a positive customer experience. Have proficient knowledge in Zendesk and Microsoft software especially D365. 

Generate and analyse reports to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement in customer service processes.

The most important responsibility is ensuring the safety of the children I am working with. 

This is done by keeping up to date and being knowledgable on safe guarding. 

Being punctual and reliable as I usually don’t find out where I will be working until the morning of, meaning I need to be really organised to ensure I can get to work on time each morning. 

Being interactive and talkative to be able to build a positive rapport with the children and other members of staff I’m working with in a short period of time. 

Make records of student progress, while also supporting the class teacher in their tasks throughout the day. 

Recognising each child’s individual needs and understanding what is needed to support that child.

I am a recent graduate of Nottingham Trent university in which I got my Bachelors degree in International Business. As part of my time at NTU, I was able to study abroad in Madrid at ESIC Marketing and Business school.
