I’m a hard working individual would loves new challenge and tasks. I work well in a team and have excellent communication skills, I believe I complete all allocated tasks to the best of my ability. I’m very bright and enjoy working in new environment, my strengths include Clear communication skills, effective listening. my overall personality, values and skills will pair well in conjunction to the work I will be in.

 I am highly disciplined and motivated individual with a strong desire to work. My qualities involve thinking critically and remaining calm in high stress situations and working affectively alongside colleagues and the general public whilst retaining a calm and professional demeanour. 

As of being a front of house Manger I have developed expertise in customer service, team leadership and operational efficiency. Along side the efficient handling of customer complaints, telephone calls and online issues. 

My most relevant eduction was sixth form, 2023-25. During the two years I studied three course along side an additional subject. Psychology, Health and Social Care, Btec Science and Extended project qualification.
