I am an experienced, TOGAF 9 certified Software Developer with a demonstrable track record in creating and optimising resilient products for various public and private sector organisations. I currently operate as an independent contractor, and recent engagements include leading the agile transformation of an underperforming development department, re-engineering a public-facing web portal for a leading university, and modernising internal system API architecture for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, reengineering design patterns, implementing unit tests to support APIs and ensuring that data integrity was maintained.

My technical proficiency includes languages such as C#, C++, and JavaScript, frameworks like .NET Core and Microsoft MVC, and technologies including Azure and Docker.
