Nicola Ever

I have been a paediatric nurse for 9.5 years now and in this time have worked in any paeds settings from wards medical and surgical. I have run outpatient departments, supporting and leading junior staff. I also have a real passion for Paeds A&E. In this time I have gained many skills and experience and have a Worth of knowledge when nursing children and young people. I feel I have a good repaur with parents and children and  have veet good communication skills. I feel all these skills And my experience are all transferable and   Have given me the ability to became a passionate team leader or manger in the future.

I am currently working many paediatric nurse  settinga and currently working in Paeds A&E. 

I have  worked in medical and surgical wards, where i have been in charge and super red junior  staff.

I have managed a team of staff in the out patients department.

pre-assessed patients to ensure they are fit for surgery, liasing with relevant specialities and aneathetists. 

This has given me a worth of knowledge, skills and experience. With all transferable skills. 

I have a Bcs Hons  in Children’a nursing.
