Nicola Smith

I would like to apply for the position as a Teaching Assistant. I have experience working as a support worker managing behaviours with autism and getting them to do things that are productive teaching them to observe and do things creative. I believe in helping others to be patient to persevere and to learn and have better attention skills, I come from a creative background, so I believe in teaching them to reflect and solve problems creatively. I also have experience working as a Marketing assistant where I constantly analysed data, which included proof reading and checking grammar also methodically looking at sales. I would like to use these skills to help children learn and have a better understanding of what they are studying. I am a co-operative person with good communications skills that would like to transfer there skills to be a Teaching Assistant.

I have experience in Support work with autistic behaviours and Marketing experience.
