Impact Foods - Team member (Feb 2022 - until present)

I am currently employed by Impact Foods; deputed at Hartsbourne School in Bushey as a catering and  admin assistant. 

Key duties include :

• Managing kitchen/ counter activities.
• Administrative role of maintaining paperwork.
• Support the unit manager for photocopying, filing papers, scanning of important papers. 
• Arranging the delivery of the ingredients received from the suppliers.
• Filling up the food containers and making sure they are neat and clean.
• Ensuring that the FIFO (first-in-first-out) method is followed for the perishable products.

Avanti House Trust/Govindas - Accounts Assistant (Jan 2019 to Jan 2022)

I started the Avanti House Secondary School as a Catering and Kitchen assistant and due to my hard work and desire to learn, I was given additional responsibility to do the accounting and bookkeeping for all the Avanti House schools. I was being trained to perform my day-to-day activities on PSF accounting software and other in-house systems to support the Financial Controller in the day-to-day processing of financial transactions for the school trust.
