I am currently transitioning from my role as a care assistant into a receptionist position. Having spent over a year working in a care home, I am well-acquainted with the basics of the care home environment, which will aid me in understanding the needs and dynamics of both residents and staff.

I am eager to start training for this new role, even though this will be my first formal experience as a receptionist. My enthusiasm and willingness to learn are boundless, reflecting my young heart and eager spirit. My proficiency with computers allows me to navigate various software and systems effortlessly, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

For the past year and a half, I have gained real-life experience working as a secretary in a volunteer position. This experience has equipped me with essential receptionist skills such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, my year in care has honed my abilities in conflict resolution and mediation, allowing me to assist and support individuals during times of unrest.

I am confident that my blend of practical experience and passionate approach will make me a valuable asset in a receptionist role, ready to contribute positively and effectively to any team.
