I am 19 and have a passion in wanting to support people by Incorporating their person interests within their person care.

i have work experience in working in a care home setting as a general assistant.

I have developed excellent communication skill, good time management, very adaptable and good at problem solving.

I have work experience at Hall Park residential home as a general assistant, which consisted of me supporting my colleagues in various tasks and activities around the care home. Within those tasks, I worked as a hostess, which consisted of me ensuring that all residents were being fedand receiving the correct care that met their personal and unique needs. Within this job role, I also had to ensure hygiene was being maintained at all times to minimise the risk of cross-contamination and other health threats that could impact the health and wellbeing of residents and other members of staff. As a general assistant I have also supported residents with participating in activities that promotes their health and wellbeing, to ensure their day to day routine within the care home is accommodating to their preferences and interests to ensure their overall care experience is comfortable and enjoyable to them.

I have a level 3 qualification in health and social care at a grade DMM.
