Student Support Champion (Arden University)

(October 2022 – Present)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to queries as quickly as possible in a professional and accurate manner.
• Ensure product knowledge is relevant and accurate, engaging with training needs as required.
•  Ensure Arden’s response priorities for the role are understood, recognising the need to 

1. engage with Success Coaches as and when required for ongoing proactive support.

• Provide emotional support to students and liaising with staff/services on all aspects of health promotion, welfare, and wellbeing.
• Plan and prioritise own work activities, responding to managers/wider teams’ requirements, in addition to own responsibilities.
• Working closely with management plan, organise and deliver various calendar activities (proactive outreach workshops, motivational webinars, drop in’s, training sessions etc).

Virgin Media (Resolve Agent)

1. Responsibilities: 

• My main job role at virgin media is to respond to customer complaints and fix the issue so there is a resolution at the end of the call.
• Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the company depending on the query of the customer
• Updating customer information in the company database, ensuring customers profile is always up to date.
• Providing information about new and existing products and services, helping customers choose new packages depending on what they need or the financial situation.
• Tracking and processing new orders and refunds including installation dates and when the technician will arrive at the property.
• Processing payments, when necessary and explaining bill cycles and values to customers.
• Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor 
• Fixing faults with customers (Broadband, TV, Telco) through our faults system and keeping customers up to date on their devices.

SCCB (Sports Coach) 

(September 2019 – August 2021)

1. Responsibilities: 

• 2-year work experience of coaching teenagers while at the college campus
• The modules and units in sports science and exercise that I have already completed are coaching, sport and exercise for specific groups and physical education.
• Planned lessons and coaching sessions taking extra care in risk assessments and making sure every activity was inclusive to all students.
• Each session was focused on improving the student depending on the level of their capability.
• Supported individuals to gain social and life skills through sports.  
• Evolved each training session to ensure that the students were progressing well.
• Was always vigilant on students’ physical and mental wellbeing. 
• Created activities to tailor to the needs of individuals.

• This was a very demanding job for a high-profile family.
