My name is Joshua,A conscientious Care Assistant with expertise in the provision of exemplary care to maintain the health, ability, communication skills, safety and development of elderly patients, courage, often with complex health care needs.

▪ Assisting with Meal preparation and feeding.

▪ Assisting with Dressing and Undressing of elderly patients.

▪ Assisting with mobility and transfers, using correctly any specialized equipment provided.

▪ Assisting in the management of continence of the bladder and bowel.

▪ Following the designated care plan, established by the Care Coordinator, to support the

service user with their daily living needs and carry out any specialist tasks.

▪ Administering medication as prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner under the direction

of the Care Plan. Checking for any changes that have been made in dosage or additional/replacement

medication.

▪ Providing emotional support for the family as part of caring team.

▪ Providing a safe environment for those who need constant supervision and help.
