I am a Care worker with an extensive experience working as part of a goal-oriented team in achieving a level of physical wellness of clients and service users by committed to provide high level of care and supporting people to live as independently as possible. 

I also have the ability to support service users with courage, compassion, and competency towards ensuring the performance of activities of daily living. In addition, I possess the ability to effectively and efficiently interact and communicate with service user and families by providing emotional support, reassurance and encouragement during periods of distress. I am conversant with the diversities of individual and that individualized approach should be adopted while dealing with service users whilst still bearing in mind the policy of equality in healthcare. 
I do not undermine the importance of empathy and patience because supporting some individual with special needs and disabilities require extra understanding, effort and time. But at the same time, I find the right balance between providing necessary support and encouraging independence.
