To ensure that each target is met, I created templates and processes using a centralised system to properly arrange travel and automobile logistics. As an administrative officer, I was also responsible for completing other areas of workday activities that required a thorough awareness of proper paperwork and process descriptions. I was in charge of overseeing vendor relationships, assisting internal and external clients, tracking bills, and ensuring that all reconciliations closely adhered to policy and procedure.
