A User Researcher, I have extensive experience conducting user research, both qualitative and quantitative. I have a deep understanding of the UX research process, from pre -planning research, planning research, recruiting participants, writing discussion guides, writing up recruitment screeners, conducting research sessions, taking notes, observing, data analysis to report writing. I am also experienced in a variety of research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing etc.
I have worked on various projects with different government organisations and my work has helped to improve the user experience for millions of users worldwide.
