This involves preparing the business for upcoming days and weeks, monitoring critical performance indicators across multiple departments, and motivating and leading the team to achieve these targets. The job demands fast-paced, physically demanding work that requires exceptional customer service skills and a high level of expertise.

In this role, I managed the staffing of the shop, ordered stock, took responsibility for all store balances, and oversaw all customer service aspects of the physical store. After working in the distribution side of the business, I played to my own strengths and moved into a more customer-facing role, eventually progressing to a management position.
