My focus is on driving technology-enabled growth, leading digital and M&A integration, and helping organisations harness innovation to stay ahead.

Over the past decade, I’ve built a career around solving complex problems and driving meaningful change across global organisations. My sweet spot is leading large-scale digital and IT programmes that unlock growth, streamline operations, and bring clarity to chaos.

Right now, delivering a modern, scalable architecture for HX through cloud migration and introduction of best-in-class travel and hospitality applications. Driving implementation of a new booking ecosystem and operational tools, while embedding AI across the organisation to enable future digital innovation.
 

Previously I led the carve-out of HX from the wider group—standing up new infrastructure, migrating hundreds of applications, and rolling out platforms like Azure, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365. All delivered on time and under budget with a team of 90+.

Before HX, I spent 10 years at Vodafone, where I wore many hats—from CTO for Healthcare to Chief of Staff in the global tech leadership team. I led transformation programmes touching tens of thousands of employees across the globe, authored and executed board-level strategy, and helped shape Vodafone’s journey to becoming a TechCo. I also drove compliance readiness for GDPR, Brexit, and Chinese sanctions, and built tech blueprints that powered innovation in healthcare using 5G.

I’m known for building high-performing teams, fostering transparency, and creating environments where people do their best work. Whether it’s rolling out agile at scale, managing multimillion-pound budgets, or leading M&A integration, I bring structure, energy, and a relentless focus on outcomes.

Outside of work, I’ve raised over £200k for mental health charities, packed food for those in need, and love sharing ideas around tech, cooking, and life hacks.

Studied Information Systems at Newcastle University, gaining a strong foundation in technology, business processes, and data management. The programme combined technical skills with strategic thinking, preparing graduates to bridge the gap between IT and business.
