Olivia Stadden

I’m a graphic design graduate with a keen eye and passion for all things visual. I recently spent a year working as a Runner at Evolutions Post-Production working with various individuals which confirmed my desire to work in the creative industry. I always apply 100% of myself to the work I do. My extensive experience within hospitality and client services shows I can work under pressure in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanour. I love to learn and I am now hoping to continue my career with a fresh challenge.

With a diverse background in client services and retail, I have developed robust skills in customer care and operational management. At Evolutions, I provided high-end client services, building strong relationships with stakeholders and receiving consistently positive feedback for my interpersonal skills. During my time at Waterstones, I excelled in recommending books, managing transactions, and maintaining high store standards. My experience also includes assistant management training, overseeing stock rotation, and conducting allergen training. I gained valuable expertise in cash handling, bookkeeping, and training new team members. My roles required me to think on my feet, resolve situations diplomatically, and deliver exceptional customer service, showcasing my ability to adapt and lead in dynamic environments.

I recently graduated with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from The University of West of England in Bristol, where I developed a comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, and motion. My coursework and projects have honed my abilities in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, PremierePro. and InDesign. These skills were further refined whilst I was working as a freelancer for various clients, where I engaged in diverse projects ranging from branding and print design to social media assets.
