Experience
I have created and led Talent DEI projects and programmes, Non-bias recruitment processes, and salary benchmarking initiatives. I have also undergone unconscious bias training via Creative Equals and DEI certified training via the Hobbs Consultancy verified by the IPA.
I have a proven track record of filling large volume roles as an in-house TA Lead directly. For example 95% of my in-house placements over the years have been filled by me directly. For instance during my in-house TA role with IPG Mediabrands, 35 hires out of 42 were filled by me directly, saving £234k on recruitment fees. I also have a track record of 95% of my placements pass their probation.
My TA experience also includes leading and managing Early Career & DEI programmes, headhunting Heads of Departments on behalf of C-suite leadership teams, independently managing and leading large volume recruitment programmes.
For example I lead, executed and managed Hogarth’s EMEA SOW after WPP's huge 4 billion Global ‘The Coca-Cola Company’ win (one of the largest Agency wins publicised via Campaign).
