Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and progress new partner opportunity pipeline across the globe
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure we are achieving maximum value from them, as well as securing new opportunities with lapsed partners and partners sources which we are yet to identify.
  • Negotiate pricing and rates with partners that satisfy the organisations profitability targets.
  • Manage contracts and terms for all new partners.
  • Manage processing of inbound partner leads.
  • Actively research opportunities across the jobs market to identify new partner sources.
  • Seamlessly onboard new partners and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Regularly report on partner pipeline to the senior leadership team to ensure that we are on track to meet objectives.
