Career Highlights 

Moore Global needed to improve intranet people search capacity to accelerate the generation of content-specific branded tender docs. As Director of IT Solutions, led development of custom search engine & proposal creator tool. Set up project team & created project plan; identified data entities & doc types for search engine coverage; designed graph-type relational content schema for search index; created solution architecture that incorporated Azure Search & Cognitive Services, and a synonyms API; and oversaw development work & planned rollout. Succeeded in delivering a comprehensive and super-fast search engine reducing proposal preparation times by 300 to 400%.   

Moore Global needed to automate on-boarding of users from 200+ international member firms onto a central user directory. As Director of IT Solutions, led global rollout of Okta as Identity & Access Management (IAM) solution. Developed Identity-as-a-Service roadmap and obtained Board approval; set up Okta Hub & Spoke architecture; created migration plan and a comms plan; project-managed all the effort needed to integrate each Spoke to Hub. Succeeded in increasing overall security of all online services and raising total user count from 2k to 16k+ within 2-years significantly improving network communications & collaboration.   

Moore Global required a scalable, cost-effective solution to translate content at scale including intranet pages, Word/Excel/PowerPoint docs & email newsletters for global distribution. Due to huge volumes of content, an automated solution was needed using machine translation with ability to inject human translations. As Director of IT Solutions, led delivery of the solution; identified external API services & designed solution architecture; created/assigned work packages to dev teams & oversaw development; and planned launch & on-going promotion.
