Security & Operations Incident response

• Substantial experience in incident management across Security, DR, and Infrastructure, managing multiple high severity incidents.

Digital Resilience

• Deputised for Digital Resilience Manager assisting with annual datacentre DR tests, application tests, documentation reviews, coordination, test activity planning and troubleshooting. 
• Assisted with Ransomware response exercise training across all Technology teams.
• Implemented Azure Site Recovery on Business Critical system to champion new technology and developed framework for wider ASR adoption for other applications.
• Maintaining critical DR documentation and performing documentation reviews.
• Established and maintained broad relationships with key stakeholders across IT Ops and Europe.
• Providing training to Technology teams surrounding resilience and disaster recovery processes and topics.
