My career has been predominantly within the Cosmetic Industry & has demanded strong commercial, organisational & interpersonal skills in a customer facing role.
This has included identifying & capitalising on sales opportunities within brand & store pro formas & customer data capture.
Stock ordering/analysis, budgets, sales achievement to target, & all relevant fiscal admin.
Working within & responsible for teams delivering on sales performance, targets, coaching/ mentoring & maintaining & developing strong and confident working relationships.
Although my specific brief is as a skin care specialist, I have always enjoyed the immediacy of colour application on my clients & the natural marriage of skin care & colour for the greatest benefit to them.
My passion is definitely the one to one consultations with my customer and love the opportunities to host group workshops & demonstrations.
