Night Manager at The Kettering Park & Spa Hotel:  April 2022 - Present

Currently employed as a Night Manager at this beautiful 100 plus room 4 star hotel with swimming pool & Spa, in Kettering,  Northamptonshire.
Main Duties: I have a nights team working under myself.  We are responsible setting up conferences for business delegates, aswell as the main function halls for weddings and various other functions, my job is to make sure that these tasks are delivered to the hotel standard as expected, plus setting up the conference cafes for the morning , running the end of day night audit  attending meetings with all managers from other departments , keeping the guests safe at all times, performing a fire safety walk three times a night, overseeing & responsible with compiling the team work rota on a weekly basis, delegating tasks between my team, including bar work & various other tasks.  

Night Auditor / Manager: Hampton by Hilton - Corby February 2019 to April 2022

Previously employed as a Night Auditor / Manager, in this very busy hotel in Corby, Northamptonshire.  Duties were as follows to keep the reception area and bar area clean at all times, to serve guests at the bar as it has a 24 hr licence, check in guests, check out guests, do a fire safety walk 3 times during my shift, run and then print the night audit with all the relevant reports for all departments put in an envelope for the General Manager the following day,  this included all office & reception based tasks.  Meeting & greeting old & new guests on a regular basis, also if a guest made a complaint or raised an issue, this would be resolved immediately & efficiently.  Would always go above and beyond for the guests as they are the most important and integral part of any business especially the hospitality industry.  All guests were greeted with a warm welcome & were smiling & happy at all times.

Hotel Night Manager Avlida Hotel: Dec 2017 – Nov 2018

Night Manager in this extremely busy 300 bedroom resort hotel with  swimming pools/Gym & Spa in the heart of Paphos, Cyprus.  Main duties included meeting & greeting old & new guests on a regular basis, managing the bar staff aswell as the night receptionist ,  Making sure that all check ins & check outs were done smoothly, complaints dealt with effectively & efficiently in a timely manner.  Responsible for booking live entertainment, overseeing large events such as weddings & cooperate parties.  Did night audits and reports for all departments every night ready for the general manager each morning.  Trained bar & reception staff.  Did safety plus fire checks three times per night, covering entire hotel as the health & safety of guests is paramount.  Guests were always greeted with a warm welcome & a smile.
