Services offered
I’m a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) with experience delivering evidence-based interventions and supporting people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. I’ve worked across community and clinical settings, including perinatal outreach, COPD support, and mental health assessments, always tailoring care to individual needs.
I’m currently working towards a Lean Six Sigma Yellow & Green Belt alongside my completed certifications in coaching & mentoring, understanding student development and diversity and health & safety well-being (mental health focus). These are helping me grow skills in service improvement, leadership, and staff development.
I’m especially passionate about mental health, child and adolescent wellbeing, and healthcare leadership, with an eye towards roles that combine clinical practice with service development and research.
Outside of healthcare, alongside my professional work, I actively contribute through voluntary work, supporting mental health initiatives and community wellbeing projects, which enriches my experience and connection to the people I serve.
